Dr. Talipova is an experienced researcher in energy economics focusing on global energy markets and data analytics. She is an expert in financial analysis, statistics, and econometric modeling.
Dr. Talipova graduated with honors from the Russian State Oil and Gas University where she completed a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree. She holds Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Higher School of Economics and worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Houston. Her research projects are based on the collaboration with major oil and gas companies, market analytics and mathematical modeling. Dr. Talipova's academic track record consists of six publications in peer-reviewed academic journals and Society for Petroleum Engineers International. She is also a reviewer for several journals. As a student she received full-tuition scholarships from the European Erasmus+ program and Nobel Laureate, Harvard University Prof. Eric Maskin. Working in a team and the transfer knowledge to better understand statistical implications of decision-making is her primary goal.
